I had the honour of appearing as a guest on My Fathers Shop Podcast, hosted by Jeff Buckley, alongside two incredible women in the automotive industry, Tiffany Scherado and Savannah Garrett. The discussion centered around the theme "Season of Giving".
Initially, we talked about how we express gratitude to our customers. I recounted an experience where I sent handwritten cards to all our customers. It was heart warming when I met a customer's adult child at a grocery store; they recognized my logoed jacket and shared how much the card had meant to their parents.
Savannah was given the task to come up with a customer gift on a very limited budget. Her brilliant idea was hot chocolate mugs.
In the "Season of Giving," we also acknowledged our kindest customers who send us cards, bring us treats, and other special items. This podcast truly gave me a "warm and fuzzy" feeling.
