The first session is entitled "Simplifying Diagnostics, Repairs & Maintenance for Customers". It is scheduled for Saturday afternoon. European vehicle systems are quite complex. Explaining the diagnostic process and repairs can leave both customer and advisors frustrated. Maintenance schedule can be confusing and not logical. When you can educate our customers and demystify their European vehicles, we earn customers for life. In this course we will discuss long maintenance intervals, life time fluids, brake fluid flushes, air & cabin filters AND MORE!
The second session is Sunday morning and entitled: "How to Win Over the Price Shopping Customers". Service advisors can get multiple calls per day from people requesting estimates. Most shops either ban giving out quotes or waste countless hours creating estimates and not getting the sale. In this session we will provide a blueprint to weed out "Tire kickers" from Serious prospects and fill your schedule.
